Tri and catch up

Sorry it’s been so long since my last posting. It’s been pretty busy/hectic ’round these parts. Just a quick tri update to get all caught up and stuff.

Monday, June 20th: ran about 5 miles. Down to Sports Basement and around to 3rd Street and back up the hill. Hills are painful, heh.

Tuesday, June 21st: swam 1500 meters. Noticed that my stroke gets better when I am more exhausted. Who knew laziness would improve my form?

Wednesday, June 22nd: Another 5 mile run. With the group this time. Ended up on a cool cliff trail that looked out over the GG bridge and the bay. Very nice. Then had a sports nutrition clinic afterward.

Thursday, June 23rd: Did a quick 10 mile sprint bike ride before work. From home to the Bay Aquarium and back.

Swim: 4700 meters
Bike: 56 miles
Run: 24 miles
